‘The Forgotten Songs’ is a direct sequel to ‘The Book of the Shattered Bonds’ (2007), catching up exactly where the first album fades out. A closing part of the ‘Shattered Bonds’ trilogy, it’s quite different both in mood and in sound from the first two, returning, however, the listener to the starting point… to leap elsewhere in the end.
